Can LUKA actually place orders from chat? +
Yes. When a visitor says they want to buy, LUKA collects their name and email, confirms the details, creates a real WooCommerce order, and replies with a payment link. The visitor can pay without ever leaving the chat. They can also amend the order before paying. You see the full conversation and the order in the LUKA admin.
What does "bring your own API key" mean? +
Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, charges per AI request. With LUKA you create your own Anthropic account (free) and paste your API key into the plugin. Anthropic bills you directly at their cost. Most small stores spend €1 to €5 per month on AI. We never see your AI bill.
How long does setup actually take? +
15 minutes. Install plugin, paste key, run the wizard. LUKA reads your site automatically. If you have PDFs to upload, it processes them in the background while you go make coffee.
Will LUKA make things up? +
No. LUKA only answers from content you have given it: your pages, your products, your PDFs. If a visitor asks something LUKA does not know, it tells the visitor and captures the lead so you can follow up. You then click one button in the admin to teach LUKA the correct answer for next time.
Does LUKA work without WooCommerce? +
Yes. LUKA works on any WordPress site. WooCommerce unlocks live product lookups (price, stock, availability) and order placement. The rest of the plugin works on plain WordPress too, perfect for service businesses, agencies, and info products.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Anytime. There is no cancel button to find. Just uninstall the plugin. Your data stays on your server. We never had it.
